Guest Cancellations
- Reservations cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in time will attract a 50% cancellation charge.
- No-shows or cancellations on the date of arrival are non-refundable.
Cancellations by Management
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued using the original mode of payment.
- Refunds generally reflect in your account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Any applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Non-Refundable & Promotional Rates
Bookings made under special offers or discounted rates marked as "Non-Refundable" are not eligible for refunds or modifications.
